As the Founding Partner of the tax and accounting practice and co-founder of Pritchard Osborne Equity Ventures, Mr. Pritchard’s responsibilities include deploying the finance and accounting resources clients need in support of a transaction or exit strategy. His expertise includes acquisitions, contract negotiations and raising capital for early stage companies.

His prior experience includes: representing investor group in negotiating acquisition of a foreign division of a large domestic manufacturer; founding investor and director of start-up telemarketing and sales consulting company that grew revenue to $6 million before sale to Maritz Corporation; successful negotiation of two United Auto Workers labor agreements representing the employing organization; as an equity investor, CFO, and later CEO, helped triple company size and add three new North American operations for quality services company serving domestic automotive assembly plants and tier 1 manufacturers; founding investor in customer communications strategy and direct marketing start-up which reached $6 million in its first five years; founder and President of web-based software development company which integrated e-Commerce development platform for creating data-driven e-business applications.

Mr. Pritchard is a 1976 graduate of Eastern Illinois University. He’s a licensed CPA and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
