Mr. Huneke has a vast experience base of business strategy, M&A transaction experience and operational background, working for Boston Consulting Group, Chromalloy American Corporation/Sequa, Smurfit Stone Container Corp, Barry Wehmiller Company, as well as being a privately held business owner of three companies. In addition to owning and/or managing domestic privately held firms and large publicly held business units, Mr. Huneke also has extensive international experience in operations and sales/marketing in Southeast Asia and Latin American markets for packaging businesses.

His roles include managing the back office operations of the firm and marketing/managing private client transactions with individual deal values of at least $20 million. Having been involved in over $5 billion dollars of various asset and stock purchase transactions, as well as significant merger projects, he fully understands the transaction process. Given his senior positions at two Fortune 500 companies involved with Strategic Planning and Corporate Development, Mr. Huneke has the ability to assist in the transaction preparation process as well, leading up to a liquidity event for a privately held business owner. He is also adept at strategizing on target acquisitions for private equity firms, venture capital firms looking at fill-in projects and the needs of specialized private investors.

Mr. Huneke received his BSBA in Finance from University or Missouri and MBA from University of Illinois. He is on the board of ITArchitechs, as St. Louis based "end-to-end IT solutions" firm.
